Description:
The machine, known as single label labeling machine, is a rotary
labeling machine designed to paste body labels. It uses a motor
adopting a variable frequency speed regulating system and a worm
reduction gearbox as the main drive, and is provided with pneumatic
and electric control systems. Therefore, stepless speed change
function is available for the machine. The speed is adjusted based
on the number of fed bottles so that it corresponds to output
change. Meanwhile, safe operation of the machine can be ensured.
The operating system is provided in the operating box in the front
of the machine. For layout and wiring numbers of the electrical
operation box elements, refer to the Electrical Control Wiring
Diagram. For layout of the electrical control elements, refer to
the Automatic Control Principle Electrical Wiring Diagram. The main
circuit of the machine uses 380V three-phase AC power supply. The
control circuit uses 48V power supply, and the signal circuit uses
6.3V power supply. Both the 48V and 6.3V AC voltages are supplied
by a control transformer.
In order to ensure labeling quality, the specification and quality
of the labeling glue, label paper and bottles should conform to
relevant national standards to meet the requirements of high-speed
production.
Construction:
The machine consists of the bottle conveying belt, inlet and outlet
field spiders, label table (including the glue roller device, glue
spreader and pick-up device, label gripping rotary drum and label
paper box device), .bottle pressing turntable device, brush device,
bottle holding rotary table, glue pump, label paper releasing
switch, compressed air system, quick pneumatic connector and gas
pipe connector, stand, main drive, electrical control and operating
device.

absorption, the correct curling direction should be departing from
the bottle, and the axis of bending should be perpendicular to the
